Description
Flexible silicone band provides essential support and stability while dancing barefoot. Helps provide proper arch support and improves your pointe work. You can use it together with you ballet shoes, pointe shoes or other dance shoes.When you wear it for the first time, use it only for 30 minutes. Your foot has to get used to it. In case you feel a pain, just take it off. Then increase the wear time to max. 2 hours.
