Bloch Raffine, pointe shoes with harder insole
Description
The Raffine model is inspired by the type of pointe shoes used in Russian schools. This model has a harder insole. It is available in a variant with the same name and with a softer insole. It is similar to the Heritage model but has a few modifications. The insole is shorter on the outside, fits the foot more nicely, is more closely fitted to the foot, and is slightly curved. It transitions into a slightly raised heel without padding. Excess material was removed to make the pointe shoe line smooth, elegant, and natural. The pointe shoes's platform is oval. The medium-height box with a "V" cut and longer wings nicely positions the foot in the box and helps maintain stability. The laces for tightening are cotton. Reinforced satin minimizes noise and makes the pointe shoes more durable. The sides of the pointe shoes are lower. Two silicone pads are included to relieve pressure on the toes. Ribbons are not included.
